How to apply a clean, controlled layer

  1. Brush away dirt and dried sweat. Begin with clean, reasonably dry legs and clean hands or tools.
  2. Pump out enough product to create thin, even coverage. A heavy, sloppy layer does not make the routine more responsible.
  3. Spread the clay brace evenly over the appropriate external area according to label directions.
  4. Allow a short set time. If covering is appropriate, use clean poultice paper, quilts, and even standing wraps; recheck tension early.
  5. Remove according to your normal routine, inspect the skin and leg, and clean the area before the next application.
