The pituitary is a small gland in the brain that signals the thyroid to regulate key functions, including hair growth and shedding, sweating, milk production, and more. Pituitary Support is designed to support the natural function of the pituitary gland, helping ensure each of these processes works the way it should.

What It Does

Pituitary Support is an equine endocrine health supplement that works by:

Supporting a normal, healthy endocrine and integumentary system
Maintaining a healthy coat
Supporting normal shedding patterns and sweat regulation

Why It Matters

When the pituitary gland isn't functioning normally, it can show up as an abnormal coat that won't shed out, excessive sweating, or other changes in the body's everyday regulatory functions. Pituitary Support gives this key gland the nutritional foundation it needs to keep those processes running normally.

Who This Is For

Horses showing signs of abnormal shedding, a long or curly coat that won't shed out, or excessive sweating, and any horse owner managing an aging horse's endocrine health under veterinary guidance.

Trusted by horse owners nationwide. All-natural and safe. Any significant changes in coat, shedding, or sweating should be evaluated by your veterinarian.

Tipping my hat to my new hat.

I'm a hat person and have bought dozens of different makes and styles. I recently bought a straw Scala brand hat in Florida and it became my go to favorite. I ordered my new Blue Denim colored Scala hat and it arrived today. As soon as I tried it on I knew it's my new favorite. It arrived perfectly shaped, packaged in a box. I highly recommend this company and the Scala brand.

Hi Karen, thank you so much for your kind words and for recommending us. Enjoy your stylish new hat!

Mohair Mecate Reins

Some "Traditionalists" may complain these are too supple, but I find horsehair to be brutal on my hands. If you are colt starting, these are probably not what you want for starting, but they should be what you are able to use before going to the double rig with the bridle and bit setup.
My only complaint is that they are stored not in round rings, but rather folded together which leaves a LOT of kinks, and kinks in reins lead to miscommunications with the horse. I washed mine in warm water and a good amount of fabric softener, then stretched them out full length with a little bit of tension. There are still some kinks, so I'm going to rewash in some warmer water and try drying in a circle around a barrel. I am sure the kinks will eventually fall out, but don't plan on using them out of the box. Still a great price on a quality product.

Hi Ashley, thank you for your detailed feedback! We're glad you love the feel of the reins and appreciate your tips on managing the kinks. Your insights will surely help other customers. We hope they serve you well in your riding adventures!
