Shipping & Production Policies

Production Time

Made-to-Order Items
Our made-to-order tack sets require a 4–6 week production time, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. These are the only items with extended production times.

Ready-to-Ship Items
All other items ship within 1–3 business days.

Production time does not include shipping time.


Shipping Methods

We generally ship all orders via USPS.
Other shipping options may be available when stated.

At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

Tracking information is provided once your order ships.


How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor its progress.
You may also contact us at any time through our Contact Us page if you have questions about your order.


Why Is My Order Shipping in Multiple Packages?

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. Items may be fulfilled from different locations depending on availability. Some items may ship from one of our other warehouse locations.

In some cases, items are shipped separately to avoid delaying your order and to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Please do not be concerned if part of your order arrives before the rest — remaining items will still be on the way.


What If My Order Is Lost or Delayed?

All orders ship with insured shipping. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. While carrier delays are outside of our control, we are happy to assist.

If your package is delayed, returned, or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will also file a claim on our end if necessary and work with you to resolve the issue.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Because we currently only ship within the United States, customs fees and import taxes do not apply.

We accept PayPal, and all major credit and debit cards.
