Directions:

Shake well before use. Mix 1/4 teaspoon of concentrate with 1 teaspoon of water. Swish in the mouth for at least 30 seconds, then spit out. For cleaning oral appliances, mix 1 teaspoon with 4 oz of water and soak for at least 30 minutes or overnight if needed. Rinse before use.
